Job Description
IFlogics Communication is on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager with comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruiting. Your mission will be to source, attract, and secure top-tier talent for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative recruiting strategies.
- Draft and publish job advertisements across various platforms.
- Leverage databases and social media for sourcing candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports and analyses.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
This part-time role offers a salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, with working hours from 06:00 PM to 12:00 AM at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal branch.
