Job Description
Osynix Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative for our location in DHA Phase 5, C Block, Lahore. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Call Center/BPO sector.
This full-time role requires candidates to be fluent in English, preferably with a neutral or US accent, and the flexibility to work night shifts in alignment with US time zones. The salary for this position ranges from PKR 90,00 to PKR 120,00, including additional benefits.
Key responsibilities encompass delivering real-time voice and chat support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving performance metrics. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
