Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with expertise in technical recruitment and core HR operations. The candidate will spearhead recruitment efforts for both field and blue-collar positions while facilitating onboarding and managing employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Source candidates through various channels.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Oversee onboarding and exit processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
