Job Description
Location: Onsite – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
ENCS Networks is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Addressing IT support tickets efficiently
- Troubleshooting Level 1 and 2 issues
- Managing customer queries with professionalism
- Providing support via phone and email
- Documenting all support activities thoroughly
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of IT support experience
- CCNA Certification (Required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and English proficiency
- Must reside in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
