Job Description
Nutrifactor Laboratories (Pvt) Limited is actively seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Manager of Maintenance and Safety. This pivotal role demands a proactive leader to oversee the seamless operation of all technical systems, enforce stringent safety standards, and drive operational excellence through effective training and compliance initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or B.Tech Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a multinational FMCG or pharmaceutical environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance efforts
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards
- Oversee the maintenance of machinery, electrical panels, and HVAC systems
- Maintain logs for safety audits and maintenance schedules
- Develop safety training programs for employees
