Job Description
You Close Deals. We Deliver Leads. At Want To Sell Now, we seek driven closers who excel in controlling calls, fostering trust, and finalizing agreements. You will engage directly with motivated homeowners eager to sell, bypassing the challenges of cold leads.
Responsibilities:
- Interact daily with inbound seller leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments.
- Negotiate and present attractive purchase offers.
- Maintain an organized pipeline in our CRM.
- Follow up diligently, taking ownership of your closing rate.
Compensation:
- $7/hour base pay plus a 2% commission.
- Potential annual earnings exceed $40,00.
- Sign-on bonus of R27,00 after 90 days of employment.
