Job Description
We are looking for a committed NOC Engineer to become part of our team at Physicians Revenue Group. In this important role, you will:
- Monitor and manage network systems, servers, and applications utilizing NOC tools and dashboards.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance problems.
- Respond to alerts and support tickets promptly, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and address complex challenges.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance to ensure system stability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to network operations and incident management.
