Job Description
Virikson Travel is looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our projects based in the USA and UK. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and collaborating closely with sales and project managers. Additionally, candidates will assess customer needs, coordinate with the estimation team to provide timely quotations, and effectively address customer complaints.
Job Type: Full-time, Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month. Work Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM, Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.
