Job Description

Shafaq n Kami Salon is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to represent our brand and ensure an exceptional experience for every client. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell salon services through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Keep accurate records and perform necessary follow-ups with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of experience in tele-sales or a call center environment preferred.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
