Job Description
Turbo Brands Factory is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Shopify Store Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our online store. The primary focus will be on order fulfillment, providing outstanding customer service, and driving performance improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Ensure efficient order processing while minimizing cancellations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels with timely replenishments.
- Team Leadership: Assign tasks effectively and cultivate a positive team environment.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Shopify, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in inventory management are required.
