Job Description
BDS Corporation is actively seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our dynamic real estate team. The CSR will serve as the initial point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating property visits, and supporting the sales and leasing process.
Key responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, delivering accurate property information, scheduling viewings, and maintaining comprehensive client records.
Requirements for this position include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, prior customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
Salary for this role ranges from Rs40,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, in addition to benefits.
