Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is a premier provider of religious travel services, focusing on organizing spiritually enriching Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages. We are currently looking for a dedicated Umrah Sales Agent to assist clients in planning their Umrah journeys.
This position requires exceptional customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Umrah process. The successful candidate will consult with clients on available Umrah packages, manage bookings efficiently, and deliver outstanding customer support. Additionally, the agent will promote our services and stay informed about current Umrah regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications: Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills and familiarity with the Umrah process are essential for this role.
