Job Description
Grand City is actively looking for an experienced Head of Internal Audit to oversee our auditing initiatives. In this key role, you will develop a customized internal audit plan, evaluate internal controls, conduct audits across essential functions, and prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management. Your responsibilities will also include reviewing lease agreements, pinpointing inefficiencies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a skilled audit team.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of audit principles, risk management, and real estate operations. Exceptional analytical and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
