Job Description

Visa Track – an Immigration Law Firm – is looking for motivated Study Counselors and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to enhance our educational consultancy team. In this results-oriented position, you will engage with prospective students, spark their interest through phone calls, and assist them in selecting suitable courses and institutions. Your primary objective will be to convert inquiries into successful registrations for admission and visa services.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in student counseling or customer service, who possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Familiarity with popular study abroad destinations, particularly Canada and the UK, is a plus.
