Job Description
Prima Systems is in search of a dedicated Application Support Executive to deliver essential technical support for healthcare applications, particularly EHR/EMR systems. This position entails monitoring application performance, logging and resolving incidents, and providing first and second-level support to our administrative and billing teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, training users on application functionalities, and collecting user feedback for potential enhancements. This role also involves participation in system maintenance, upgrades, and testing of new releases, while meticulously maintaining logs of issues and resolutions.
