Job Description
Gourmet Foods is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to enhance our team. In this role, you will partner with operations managers to assess staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies, overseeing the entire process from job advertisement to onboarding.
Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries and maintaining precise personnel records within the operations department.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, possess strong recruitment expertise, and showcase excellent communication abilities. A minimum of one year of HR experience is required.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
