Job Description
Real Beauty is on the lookout for a committed Customer Support Representative (CSR) to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with customers through various channels including WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will be to provide accurate product information, address customer complaints, manage orders efficiently, and maintain a courteous and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Qualifications include excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu, 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a basic understanding of skincare products.
The offered salary ranges from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month, and a Bachelor’s degree is required.
