Job Description
We are currently looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to oversee the daily financial operations at our ladies clothing outlet. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of daily sales and expenses, managing cash flow, reconciling daily sales, preparing invoices, and supervising vendor payments. Additionally, the role includes monitoring inventory costs and generating monthly financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily sales and expense records
- Manage cash flow and perform sales reconciliations
- Prepare invoices and oversee vendor payments
- Monitor inventory costs and complete reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
