Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is looking for a committed Service Officer to enhance our team. This full-time position focuses on delivering outstanding after-sales services and efficiently resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for ensuring prompt claims settlements and conducting product awareness sessions for dealers and automotive technicians.
Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly. Frequent travel is required, and proficiency in computer operations is a must. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D.A.E) with 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
