Job Description
Inovi Telecom (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a qualified Line Leader for our Production Department in the Korangi Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and organized individual capable of managing our production line, ensuring efficient operations, achieving production goals, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise production line workers.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards.
- Guide and train production line workers.
- Report issues to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BSc, BCom, BA).
- 0-1 years of production or assembly experience.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
