Job Description
Perfect Group is looking for a talented Call Center Specialist to handle both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of customer calls.
– Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
– Follow communication scripts and adhere to company protocols.
– Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
– Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction.
– Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
– Basic computer proficiency, with familiarity in CRM systems.
– Fluent in English.
