Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment initiatives across various departments
- Oversee the onboarding process and facilitate employee integration
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide payroll support
- Drive the performance management processes
- Enhance employee engagement and effectively address grievances
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with labor laws
Salary: PKR 80,00 – 100,00
Shift: 6:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
