Job Description

Are you a natural leader with an impressive track record in sales? INKTANK DESIGNS is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee our night shift sales operations, focusing exclusively on Discord and Twitch platforms.

Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00

Bonus: Commission based on overall shift sales

Platforms: Discord & Twitch Only

Requirements:

– At least 3 months of recent sales experience on Discord and/or Twitch

– Excellent communication and leadership qualities

– Proven ability to manage and inspire a team during shifts
