Job Description
Pakson International Plastic Industries (Pvt.) Ltd is on the lookout for a visionary and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead our financial strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with 10 to 15 years of financial leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing or growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include formulating financial strategies, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing cash flow management, and providing mentorship to the finance team.
Candidates must possess a valid CA certification, demonstrate expertise in strategic finance, and exhibit exceptional leadership skills.
