CrecenTech is looking for a committed International Customer Support Specialist for a phone-based role. In this position, you will engage with international clients through calls, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high-level customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming and outgoing support calls with international customers
• Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer issues
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor
• Document call details and refer complex matters to appropriate channels

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with international clients is preferred
