Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking motivated Chat Support Agents to become part of our dynamic team in Gulberg, Lahore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying customer needs and providing assistance with specific service features. Additionally, you will collect valuable customer feedback to share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
