Job Description
Ilmi Kitab Ghar is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team and oversee essential human resource functions. This position includes responsibilities such as assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to efficiently handle daily HR operations.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Requirements: Candidates must have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles. Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential attributes.
