Job Description
B & H Surgical Instrument is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage the daily manufacturing operations of our electrosurgical products. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Lead, train, and develop production staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
