Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is in search of a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will embody professionalism and positivity while assisting our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to resolve customer queries.
- Process customer orders and manage payment transactions effectively.
- Update customer accounts with pertinent information.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service (CSR).
