Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction is both positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Practice active listening to understand customer concerns.
- Provide detailed information regarding products and order updates.
- Address and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and strong proficiency in English are required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Monday to Saturday)
