Job Description
Telelinkz is seeking a skilled and motivated Inbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage inbound calls, converting inquiries into sales by accurately understanding customer needs and providing suitable information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential customers through phone conversations to assess their needs.
- Inform customers about our telecom products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve or surpass designated sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for the shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Salary: Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
