Unity Films is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to support our human resources functions and enhance employee coordination. This role is perfect for recent male graduates who are motivated to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Help draft HR-related letters, policies, and reports.
- Coordinate day-to-day HR activities with staff and management.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
Internship Details:
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: Rs15,00.00 per month
