Job Description
The Counsellor will be responsible for assisting patients under the PPM program in adapting to and completing their Tuberculosis (TB) treatment. This position also involves providing counseling to eligible family members regarding Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI) treatment. Key responsibilities include maintaining documentation according to Mercy Corps’ standards and delivering on-the-job training to field staff in effective communication and counseling techniques.
