Job Description
GM Marketing is looking for a committed Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a high level of professionalism when interacting with patients.
This position requires availability from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, maintaining precise records, collaborating effectively with medical staff, and addressing patient inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
