Job Description
Shift Duration: 8 Hours (Full-Time)
Abacus Outsourcing is currently hiring enthusiastic and fluent English-speaking individuals for our International Campaign focused on the UAE Market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Intermediate.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
