Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is currently looking for experienced Cab Dispatchers with at least one year of experience in dispatch operations, ideally within the transportation sector. We seek detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs to incoming ride requests.
- Organize driver routes and schedules efficiently.
- Effectively communicate with both drivers and customers.
- Accurately record trip details.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and regulations.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries.
