Khan Continental Hotel and Restaurant is seeking a skilled Front Desk Officer to enhance our vibrant team. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, manage reservations, assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure efficient front desk operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and billing
- Address guest inquiries and provide information
- Maintain an organized front desk environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; degree in hospitality is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
