Job Description

Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and applicable state laws. Key responsibilities include managing 1099 and W-2 reporting, and utilizing payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit 1099 and W-2 forms in a timely manner.
• Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll tax.
• Strong understanding of IRS regulations and payroll compliance.
