Job Description
Pinnacle Travel and Tourism LLC is excited to announce an opening for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Travel Agent to join our vibrant team. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel needs, including flight, hotel, and tour bookings, while delivering outstanding service under the mentorship of our experienced travel consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel arrangements and inquiries.
- Provide precise information on travel requirements.
- Stay informed about destinations and current promotions.
- Coordinate bookings with airlines and hotels.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in travel/tourism or customer service.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
