Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations for imports and exports, encompassing booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Support customs clearance procedures by preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating with clearing agents.
• Help manage warehouse operations, including receipts, stock checks, and basic inventory maintenance.
• Maintain shipment databases and generate routine reports.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups on consignments.
• Contribute to route planning and cost analysis processes.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student majoring in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and basic proficiency in Excel.
