Job Description
ENCS Networks is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Director. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to our senior leadership and facilitating daily operations. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
- Oversee the Director’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Draft and refine documents, including reports and presentations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
