Mindzeye Inc. is looking for a dynamic Calling Agent to join our team. We require a driven candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. The ideal applicant should excel in customer engagement and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to clients
- Address incoming inquiries
- Promote our products and services
- Keep detailed logs of interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in a calling role, strong communication abilities, proficiency in closing sales, and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
