Job Description
Mindzeye Inc. is actively seeking a motivated individual to oversee Facebook chat support and boost online sales. The successful candidate will engage with potential customers via Messenger, provide prompt responses to inquiries, and effectively convert leads into sales opportunities.
Requirements: A minimum of an intermediate or bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in online support or sales, strong written communication skills in English, the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and a sales-driven mindset.
Working Hours: Night Shift (8 PM – 5 AM or 10 PM – 7 AM)
Compensation: Rs 15,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
