Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is actively seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing Ashima’s software for attendance management, coordinating guard schedules, and processing payroll and government remittances. Additional responsibilities include supporting performance evaluations, managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and enforcing company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract Length: 12 months
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
