Job Description

Variant Architecture is looking for a meticulous Accounting Administrator to join our esteemed team. In this full-time position, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and issuing monthly bills for maintenance, utilities, and various charges.
• Maintaining precise records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Monitoring outstanding accounts and generating aging reports.
• Recording entries in the accounting system and performing account reconciliations.
• Compiling monthly and annual financial summaries for management review.
• Overseeing petty cash and managing bank transactions.
• Assisting with both internal and external audits.
• Ensuring adherence to financial and legal standards.

Compensation: Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
