Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle live chat, email, and social media communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Engage with customers by responding to inquiries professionally, delivering accurate information, documenting interactions, and collaborating with the internal team.
Requirements: A completed Bachelor’s degree, at least 6 months of relevant experience, superior written English skills, and proficient typing abilities. This role is based in Islamabad and requires on-site attendance.
