Job Description
AK Graphic is excited to announce an opening for dynamic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our expanding team in Gulberg II, Lahore, for an international campaign. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide comprehensive product information, and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and respond to inquiries efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements: Proficient English communication skills; prior call center experience of 1-2 months is preferred.
