Sanaulla Store is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service Representative at our Sahane location on Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer support, manage inquiries, and enhance the shopping experience for our customers both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and orders.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
