Job Description
Call Axis is seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Sales Trainer to support the training and performance enhancement of our real estate sales agents. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in real estate campaigns within a BPO environment who are looking to advance their careers in training and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in training and coaching sales agents.
- Facilitate mock calls and role-playing exercises.
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
Compensation: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month.
