Job Description
VentureForce Global is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records, and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial statements while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and oversee the annual budget.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Mentor and guide the accounting team.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: CMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CA with at least 5 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a management role.
